This place was a GEM, I wish the US had more places like this....
Highly reccomed an appointment for massages, but for sauna facilities you can just walk-in. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. You check in get a wrist band (it calculates your time and food you order), go to locker room, change into robe and then go relax. There's indoor chaises and outdoor ones as well. Theres a full restaurant, bar, espresso, desserts, ice cream and even smoothies. I got the pumpkin soup and a pineapple juice. Theres several types of saunas, saline, dry, super hot and wet. Theres an outdoor pool, hot tub, more steam rooms, outside lounges and 2 outdoor saunas.
The price for 3 hours with my food was less than 40 euros. More than reasonable in my opinion.
Love how relaxing and freeing it was to walk around in your birthday suit. Swim suits are not allowed.
They also provide you a robe & towel if you need one.
If you want a relaxing, quiet, stress-free day this is a spot to visit.
A nice little spa around an hour away - by public transport- from Frankfurt. Infusions are held every hour. Here I tried the Finnish sauna ritual, which I recommend to aufguss lovers, although at over 4 hours long, with a number of breaks for beer and assorted alcoholic drinks, it requires an element of resilience and a strong liver. I look forward to returning here to reunite with the group I befriended. With a limit of 10 people for the ritual, it's recommended to reserve your place beforehand, although when I was there there was place for four more.
Lots of sauna options and an awesome outdoor hot tub! I loved how friendly everyone was 👍🏻😊 And the food was very good too. The only downside is that there is only one swimming pool, and it is outside. So you have to swim in the icy water in the winter. …
Wonderful place, very good, friendly service. Nice saunas with several themes
